Kate McGarry & Keith Ganz w/ special guest Jason Robert Brown A evening to Benefit Future Now Fund

November looms, and it's about more than getting Trump out of office. As we've seen these past six months, those in power at the state level determine who has access to vote, whether criminal police are brought to justice, and how we survive a deadly virus. When I learned about how Future Now Fund works to get progressive legislators elected, enact grassroots policy change, and take back power from Republicans in the states, I had to get involved.

So! I'm fundraising to help Future Now flip seats in North Carolina and Michigan with a benefit concert featuring the incredible Kate McGarry & Keith Ganz along with special guests Tony-winner Jason Robert Brown and Melissa Walker from Future Now Fund - please join me! GET TICKETS HERE Donate $25 (or more if you can!) for virtual access to our live concert on October 3, which I promise will leave you feeling galvanized, moved, and dare I say even hopeful about the coming month.

Live From Our Living Rooms - Creativity Summit Workshop

Live From Our Living Rooms Creativity Summit - Workshops, Webinars and Performance Festival June 3 - 14th

THE 2ND TIME AROUND: A toolkit for reinterpreting jazz standards on the second chorus.

Jazz singers - what do you usually do after laying down the classic melody of a beloved standard? No need to launch into a scat solo like a horn player! The old school approach is to use the lyric to reinterpret the melody, harmony and rhythm of the tune and express your unique perspective. We'll demonstrate different devices that will help you learn to improvise on the structure of the tune using the language of jazz. The 2nd chorus is your time to shine as a SINGER.

$30 - a percentage of the proceeds go to support NYC jazz artists who've lost income due to Covid-19 pandemic
